INSTRUCTIONS ON BALL CARE AND REPAIR
Always use glycerin or lubricant on the needle before inflating all inflatables. Saliva is not a sufficient alternative. Lubricant will rejuvenate the suppleness of ball valves and increase the ball life by 50% preventing slow leaks. There is no warranty for inflatables that are returned with punctured valves.
Puncture seal glue may be used to repair some inflatables. It works best on balls that are not stitched or those which bladders are not fixed to the inner wall.
USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ON A BALL THAT WILL NOT HOLD ITS AIR.
* Rejuvenate the valve with glycerin and inflate the ball. If the ball continues to lose air, procede with the following:
*Using either IN1006 2oz 1-step applicator or a combination of IN1009 syringe and glue, follow the next steps to repair your ball.
* Using an inflating needle and glycerin, insert the needle into the valve stem & let enough air out so the ball is semi-deflated. This will prevent the applicator from being rejected by too much inner air.
* Cut the tip off the nose of the glue (IN1006) and fully insert into valve hole until stem of bottle is flush with ball. Slowly squeeze the glue into the ball using 1/4 of the 2oz bottle. Carefully withdraw the stem from the ball holding onto the cap of the bottle so it doesn't pop open. Quickly inflate the ball to your desired pressure.
* Firmly and with force, bounce the ball quickly 2-3 times about a foot from the ground, VALVE DOWN. Place ball - valve down - and let sit for 2-3 hours to let glue set.
* If you are using the syringe and glue, dispense a small amount into the syringe, insert syringe needle into the valve hole until flush with the ball and follow the above method of repair.
