TERMS - Prices subject to change without notice
- All sales are subject to applicable GST, provincial sales tax, shipping and handling
- We offer payment by Cash, Certified Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Interac Direct Payment or Net 30 days on approved accounts
- A deposit is required on special orders (unless you are an established account)
- Please refer to our invoice number when making payment
- Interest charged at a rate of 2% per month on overdue accounts
- All prices are in Canadian funds

ORDERING - Collect calls not accepted
- When mailing orders, please be sure to include size, colour, and style number
- Minimum orders or $150.00 or less subject to a handling fee plus shipping
- Please indicate on your order substitute where necessary, ship complete when ready if no back orders are accepted, or cancel back order if order is no longer required
- All items substituted are based on equal or better quality. If you will not accept a substitute, please specify

SHIPPING - Please check shipments immediately upon arrival (any problems must be reported within 10 days)
- T.Litzen Sports will ship to you by our least expensive method of shipping unless otherwise stated. Most outgoing shipments are made by Purolator (depending on size, weight, etc.)

RETURNS - Special order items and all uniforms are not returnable
- All shortages, shipping errors or damaged goods must be reported within 10 days and you must have your invoice number with you. Our office will give you a return number and advise for the cheapest method of transportation. Goods may not be returned without a valid return authorization number marked clearing on the package
- Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge
